Everything including work Life balance as you have to work even in night or even you admitted in hospital salary is very low according to work and no incentive and no holiday in any festival you have to work on Diwali days also

Just forget about promotion and salary hike if you get selected HR policy are very bad that you don't have any paid leave they pay incentive which they acquire from salary after 3 month if they want.

...like their culture at all because I have done MBA or what I do is just scanning. It would be better if the company hires a non-MBA person or will do better scanning even at a lower salary than me. But who has come here after doing MBA and who will do the scanning on him, who will not be able to do it for long time.

... all because I had come with an MBA and I had to do scanning like everyone else. This company would hire a non-MBA person even if I had to do the scanning at a lower salary. Salary cost should be saved when scanning has to be done to hire non-MBA people.

I am not like only one thing there is some salary issue as per another workplace and another company. Also some nepotism in promotion. If you have reach higher authorities then your promotion is 100% but if you have not reach then it is not sure. Also your work is meaningless in some condition
