They are not supporting in pandemic session. I have lost my job in COVID 19 lockdown other thing team mates are supportive and management is dependable. Companies polices are good except appraisals section

Salary is good but career growth is slow because there is a lot of politics done by seniors and on the job training is not given to new joinees

Teammates are very horrible they don't want to lift up by skills or appraisal, they all wishing to donkey work. even Management is good to see them up but they all satisfy with own work.

Compensation is very good, but teammates are not even want to grow with company. some of member get it own value from the owner to get they task.

nothing., worst company, lala comoany, think twice before joining it as they will simply remove you of they feell dissatisfied and let me tell you your manager is going to be a girl who is very egoistic and cunning

I love the kind of work that I have been hired for, definitely challenging, needs thinking out of the box and exposure to all verticals of the industry.

Dislikes

The company policies are not employee friendly, and in general majority of the staff is dissatisfied. The field sales and marketing staff gets all the perks and benefits. Senior level people don't face challenges, so good for me.
