My colleagues were quite friendly and the atmosphere around was good for professional working. Software skills can be enhanced if one is willing to explore and learn. Possibility of career growth is good since you do multi-tasking where knowledge is gained and awareness is generated.

Salary appraisals are not much and are quite late in this company. Instead of appraisal in march, the appraisal is effective in the salary of may. Office politics are very crucial since the job security is not there. Moreover, once taken up for a post, the department/post/job profile can change any day, anytime. And business development is the worst department because traveling for client meetings is not at all safe for girls, provided my personal experience with the company and management.

No skill development, most like u will be stuck between same department maybe different roles once in a while,zero appraisal,no incentive
