New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. ...ncrement policy. It changes every 3months. Sales person looses claim for that. And end of the year rejected amount gets adjusted from salary or incentives. No fixed working hours. 75% travel

Company staff is very supportive

Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

As company is yet to find the product marketfit. Company is huge depend on 1-2 accounts if any thing goes wrong business is gone down to lower level. Due to this job is at high risk.
