It's a good organization and team was very supporting and helping. First attraction was that salary is on time it's very good for employee.

It is better to work here only for those people who have come with reference from senior employees of that organization, only their salary will be increased and they will get promotions.

No increment as I have work for 22 months on same figure , no bonus on diwali , No job security as while this corona time most of our centre employees are at home they are jobless now

Growth is very slow. The work pressure is very high. No marketing, no branding. Managers do not value an individuals' unique strength. A company with some dead managers. Loses good employees because of them.

No work-life balance, salary is low and increment is very less in every year. Sometimes they don't even give increment. Excessive work pressure.
