There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

I never aspect that this type of company exist in Tashkent, because company founder is so much fraud they have not given my 3 mo th salary even I have handed over each and everything to country accountant as they said hand over all company properties to accountant after all everything was terrible, so suggest our colleague or fellow don't noin this company. Company is fraud work environment is so dirty all employees are like gunda they are assaulting the employees cheating the employees. They are asking to work on Sunday even one who started working in this company they do not have personal life so far. So please be careful enquire everything before joining the safecon. They all are cheater especially HR shashank Jain.

Once you will join the company founder of the company will ask to cook food for me and wash utensils.he will live with you in your flat. He will ask to call the girl for enjoyment. I am the victim for all these stuff that's why I decided to leave this comapny. He is the so much alcoholic person.
