... culture, no management, worst system. One man army. Absolutely waste of times. Mainly they cheated the employees salary.

5 month hold expence, cutting expense, No Target system only virtual target set. Scheme not disclose to the employees but disclose to the distributor. Panupulated scheme, and credit limit. Not a single day training system from company.

In view of a Professional who always looks into positive side that matters overall Good.But it needs some extra efforts to be put on to think its Employees about their motivation and self development to get out of routine work culture,that is,internal customization to be delighted for discharging their work joyfully.

Dislikes

Professionals never steer their life with discriminatory / offensive way,rather they always looks forward and try to keep their reflection within the organizational work culture for next generation.Teammates are very good and I found nothing disliking in my vision,only needs some employees related programs to feel them to enjoy their work.
