...my life. I am trying to learn on weekends so that I can leave this company ASAP. Less PAY (labour earns more per day salary than an intern. And they would even work less), toxic environment (obviously they think they are the best) and their micro management, everyday overtime, etc. I think of ending my life before going to office. Please choose Life before choosing SafeAeon.

Worst company ever, no job security, pathetic work culture, Poor management and they don't value their employees.

It's a fake company that operates solely for money. They are well known for betrayal and ruining many families but seem to have forgotten that they have one too. If their owners are reading this, they should be ashamed of what they are doing to people. The work culture is toxic. There’s no increment, not even for top performers, and their operations are a disaster! And please, don’t take this as just my frustration—it’s the truth! Ask anybody; they exploit people. If they think they’re building a brand, congratulations, guys—you’ve created a well-known brand of toxicity.

Nothing to like. They hire you for their own trail and run process and fire people and ask them to go on the same day. Many reviews are fake on this page.

Well known company for hire and fire. Have seen many loyal employee's career being ruined. Think 10 times before consider joining. If you don't trust, try and get a taste!

At initial face when I joined the company, until old seniors were in the company, there was less politics and had a good environment and director of Soc department was also helpful and help employees to learn new things. But game changed when old seniors was gone for other opportunity. Then company decided not to give full training on tools that are being used in the company because they just wanted to retain the employees and also politics begains at best when new positions were introduced in the company. After that everyone was greedy for positions they just wanted to make other people down in front of seniors to get positions. There is no value of skill here present time. If you want to join this organization then only join if you are fresher and stay for one year and after that go with other organization for better opportunity. At present time direct of soc don't know how to treate employees he just wanted people to be his lobaour and the person who uses his mind he through him out of the company.
