Good work environment and culture.Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.company policies are good.

There is a lot of politics and the management does not address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 1 years before which you cannot testing.

Absolutely safe working conditions for those who wants to work and learn. The culture is good and lot of things there to learn if someone wants to pursue careers in structural design and fabrication of metals

Summery- Very poor n hopeless industry, no system, zero/hopeless management, no job safety, Acute financial crises, due to hopeless management, no good coordination among the staff, nothing to learn. NOT A PROFFESIONAL ORGANISATION.
