1. You get ample amount of scolding for small things which even your papa wouldn't give you. 2. You sometimes have to get ready demo ready code just to attract sales and it will be stashed for no reason of a sudden. 3. No value addition to the society, Instead totally concentrated on money and funding.

Management sets unrealistic goals without understanding the pre requisite of the thing being assigned. Only think about themselves not the employees. No career growth. Not so good product. No employee benefits, Since the Company keeps on changing the culture, its dynamic culture is WORST CULTURE to work for because no one is at the same page.

the team is good but the VP was an inexperienced person. Job security depend on the MOOD of VP. Appraisals are from 0 to 25% only and will happen in may only and after being there 6 months no matter in which month you join the company. A lot politics because some people are insecure about their job. Learning - Not for me. Work environment is lazy. They got confuse as what to innovate. Work-life balance is good because there is no work most of the time.
