This contractual culture of staff on duty. Equal work but no equal salary. Sometimes too much discrimination between contractual and regular employ is hurting one. No consideration of contractual employ to take part in any activity just because they are not permanent employees inspite of being talented .

Good work environment and culture. Staff behaviour bad, and prmannent job will be good but contractual base very bad experience salary will be very low and work pressure will be high and company name is sai communication, this company will be very very wrost.

Management will be wrost. Salary will be not credited timely and also salary will be very low and work pressure will be higher. Contractual base job very wrost experience in this hospital. And haired the sai communication contractual base job. This company very very very wrost ever.
