No Job Security. Once you comes In, Can not go out You can go without your hold salary and Bonus and without experience certificate. Company has deducted your salary every month as retention money of employee. Directors are good but management very poor.

...my plant head closed the gate for me and pressurized me to quit the job. SALARY. The salary time was not fix some time salary was credit in middle of months and compare in company same qualifications and experience but in salary comparison is so many differences.

Job security nothing (Lala company) No HR policies always threatened for fire from the company by senior and plant head, dectatiorship behaviour of plant head.

...ressful to join this company. You will be blackmailed to be fired all the times. Will not pay for you leaves and make you work on Sundays/holidays/National Holidays. Can fire you anytime without notice or reason.

Everything no work culture only chichagiri. The Secretary of MD behaves like MD and takes fargranted every position to be subordinate to herself. Even MD uses abusive language you could be asked to pack your baggage any time and thrown out any time. No job security. A lala Company with worst management ever seen in my career of 20 Years

Management is very bad, especially HR management. It is absolutely horrible, constantly surprising employees with unexpected decisions. They do not provide proper job roles and unnecessarily force employees to perform irrelevant tasks that are not part of their job profiles. Middle management is the worst, and favoritism is a major issue.
