The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.i love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable,high quality products and has a global Clint base.

Dislikes

Compensation is Decent,but growth is very slow.the work pressure is very high.sometimes,I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend Clint calles in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

About salary company is very poor, and should not join, at my project work culture was good but without increment, no money, salary late about 4 to 5 months, very poor experience.

Salary is not timely and they have not given my FAnd F amount till date after 7 months.

As it was my first job so it was very helpful experience just because I was accompanied by a experienced and educated engineer.

Dislikes

Some of the Seniors were incompetent and discouraging. Also salary and P.F issue which is still not resolved after more than 2 years since I quit the company.

...ompany and not handled the company with proper way and how to run the company. Before the since June 2019 company given salary on time and all benefits according to the employee their works and appraisal also given with best of construction industry and as well paid leave benifits Diwali bonus etc. After the June 2019 company get down and till now not performing well.

After the June 2019 company get down and till today company not bid any single new project due to their financial situation. Hope company will be run better before 2019. As of Delay in salary almost 3 months. Not have new project. All ongoing project standing at closing stage.

...UR 5MONTHS PAYMENT IS PENDING AND COMPANY TERMINATES YOU( INCLUDING 74 PEOPLE) Salary is pending from last 5 months. They terminate us (75persons) because they sold the project to another company... They gave the notice period but still after completing the notice period they didnot paid the dues.. Its 5 month salary and the leave and bonus ( which are deducted from our ctc). Horrible , terrifying experience, there is no one to solve the problem. Company is selling all the projects one by one. Sadbhav terminated me 5 days ago,but still now I didnot get the pending salaries... God is there, watching all the things.

...project to a company and terminated 75 persons with an one month notice period.. But the main horrifying thing is the notice period comes to an ens but they ddnt pay the full and final (5months) salary .. How a management can do this without any hesitations. We have given a date from the company after that we will not be in the company and before the mentioned date all dues will be cleared..6 days gone till now a single penny is credited in my account.. Such a frustrating time I am passing right now.. Shame on Sadbhav,shame..!!!!!
