Sadashiv engineers pvt. ltd. employees find good environment and opportunities to know about the culture of industrial line. It is very good industry for the freshers to know about the actual working behaviour and technical skills to go for milestones. It's one of the growing company where i learn too much things not only to be better employee also about technical skills. SAdashiv engineers provided us great environment to fighting with COVID19 in lockdown periods and got huge support by them. It has healthy working environment, leaderships and management.

Dislikes

The only things i feel the shortages of employees to handle and track the work. Because of small department size we have huge responsibility to do the tasks and liabilities. But the other things is very well to the employee that they have not only the knowledge about any one also about the other departments work planning, strategy also. I'm multitasking, i have knowledge about quality also about productions. So shortages od staff employees also could be huge experience to grow up with awesome planning and strategy mindset.

SEPL is excellent company according to the working environment ,better management , helping tendency between employees , learning , good communication skills between team management and customers and also good bonding to take our business on top position.If we talk about quality , production then it is best company and there are also good helping tendency between our management and all employees and workers.

Some times some people generates the problem and
