Sadara management is good and well versed. Work culture is excellent, leaders and team are very supportive, sometimes we feel lack in communication towards the top level to bottom but overall cultural is good. Company policy is good for direct hires.

...sn’t address our issues. There is a bond of one year before you cannot resign. In case you resigned you have to pay last two month withdrawal salary.

As this company is a joint venture with a DOW chemical company, it has lots of processes that are clearly spelled and working is easy.

After handed over the management control to Saudi People there are no professional etheics maintained. You can lose your job at any point in time without any reason. They develop some discriminating policy against expatriates. Joining this company is really risky.

Company Is very good But management is not good full of politics. Regarding working as every one knows that now a days hiring one Engineer & Work done like 10 Engineer this effect directly to health, nobody care what ever happen they need only work to be done if any speak about this, he will get bad remark & termination is ready for him. No job security.

Work environment is quite good. Job security depends upon our performance and atitude. Management is supportive based upon Sadara procedures.
