New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. The institution is very good environment for all who come for treatment. The Doctors, Para Medical Staff and other supporting staffs are very co-operative. Time to time new technologies i.e medical equipment, training are implements. The Job security is one of the most important factor that is it is government body.

The office hours is uneven. some time it is very difficult to manage the things according to the time. some times working hour is 13-15 hours.
