A pathetic work culture. They treat you like a slave. Many teachers have resigned. The owner of this school is demented. You will have to leave your lunch mid way in order to attend him. He will insult you and always portrays himself god and keeps on counting on the favours he will do.

Nothing at all. Salary is good but at the cost of your self-respect.

School management is very transparent and gives fair appraisals, good hike in salary, cooperative staff and very polite and humble director and principal. I love working with this institution.

There is nothing good in that school old teachers are being exploited new teachers will be given power.

Deserving candidates will be thrown out and undeserving will be appreciated that is the rule of this school. No work balance, No personal space management always infairs in employee personal matter. No increments. No fixed timings sometimes you have to work till 7 pm. Terrible work life.
