They provide the best salary package if the candidate is a B.Ed. Also, the performance of yhe candidate is a big factor which decides his/ her salary. If everythibg is fine, a take home salary of 30K may be expected.

If you are passionate about taching, there is very less to be disliked.

There is nothing good in that school old teachers are being exploited new teachers will be given power.

Deserving candidates will be thrown out and undeserving will be appreciated that is the rule of this school. No work balance, No personal space management always infairs in employee personal matter. No increments. No fixed timings sometimes you have to work till 7 pm. Terrible work life.

The school gives you chances if you are a fresher. No doubt you will learn a lot but same time you will not have your personal life. Enviornment is fine.

Dislikes

School's management interfers in your personal life. Even after school they want you to behave as in you are in school. Work pressure is too much.
