Teammates and Manager are very understanding and helpful. Permanent Work from home allows to focus on personal life as well.

Dislikes

For BIM department the scope of work was limited. It is really good for freshers but for someone who's having prior experience in BIM, the learning gets stagnant.

One thing I like the most is that you can learn a lot in SACPL. The people here are very supportive and helpful. Saturday and Sunday are off. Salaries are mostly on time

Dislikes

Work life balance is difficult here. You have to work overtime here but you don't get rewarded for it. For appraisal you have to go through a lot so that you can get an increment.
