Job security is a problem once you are thrown out from customer location but if your are Lucky you would be helped by some good people in the company for getting a new job

Don't start your career here from 3 to 10 years.Freshers can utilise to start their career.

1.No use of company policies. 2.Worst salary structure especially interms of policy. 3.Two years bond even for experience people if you want to go other organisations you have to pay bond amount. 4.They are looking for low salary people to run their projects. 5.My suggest is don't stuck here in between your career. 6.Especially in covid period they requested to work Saturday's and Sundays.

Good work Life balance, flexible shift timings

Dislikes

Management have no idea of strategy on hownto grow business, just wants survive, ego clashes. No learning curves, worse HR policies for new employees. Just stay away from this organisation.

You will have good job security, because they don't get employees easily. Good engagement activities. They may send you onsite for 3-6 months.

Dislikes

No work life balance, worst work management and planning. No growth mindset specially in Pune team. Worst attitude towards senior employees and pampers juniors with little knowledge hence seniors hardly stay for long period. If you are senior of 3+ years of experience, think twice before joining, you may regret.
