The SAC organization has 5 plants totally. I was been working for plant5. One thing i liked abt that plant is the line supervisors. Every line supervisor is very friendly and good in nature.

...sk about the promised thing they would deny their promise and it happened to me. They will not provide cab,salary slip,offer letter,increment nothing at all. The salary they defined for GETs and engineer is very low. And the shift hours is 12hrs for everyone. And even at sunday you have to come to work. Only holiday/free time you will get is during the shift change ( day to night). There will be no proper documentation for anything and the superiors here will never let you perform well. When they find you doing well, either they will defame you indirectly or pressurize you mentally. A engineer has to complete 4 to 5 years to get promote as junior engineer that too with the increment of Rs.2500 max. Only the GMs and AGMs will get new car and bulk increment from management and when front line employees ask for increment ; management will say that the company is in loss. Supervisors and other casual employees get increment once in 5 years. Overall a company with worst infrastructure and worst HR management.

I have lot of knowledge gain in an everyday of working period. Normally educated people's have a respect from the top management. They should not recruiting new person for the new product supervising they promote their old experience staffs.

Dislikes

...e a crucial and safety environmental for working for a lower level to top level. When compared to thinks salary growth is very lower for experience candidates that's all.

I was performed my level best with sincerity, punctuality, honesty and dedication in SAC.

...ut not given any credit for their good performance to contract employees in SAC. Salary ratio of SAC Permanent employees is very very high in comparison of SAC Contract employees.

Learning more about chilled cast iron production and Metallurgical lab

There is no good salary for the for and no increment , no work identification to the employee where they work , there is no work culture in this company

My working place is Plant 3 Metallurgical laboratory. The equipments in it are well advanced. Also we get to know about Through hardening,Case hardening, and Induction hardening at the same place

Salary and hike is very poor. No off Or casual leave available for Trainees
