There is job security and good benefits like insurance. The office space is decent.

Dislikes

There is no emphasis on work life balance. You are expected to work 16-17 hrs some days without any additional compensation. The managers are inhumane and lack empathy. Leaves won't be granted easily. The HR only speaks on behalf of management and doesn't care about employees POV. There is no learning curve here. Overall a bad experience.
