...applaudable, People help each other and even the Top management is very helpful. They help to improve the skill set their employees have the compensation is also fine.

Dislikes

Job Security is poor, the Probation period is too long. Poor Work-Life Balance, Alternative Saturdays are working. The Co-Working Spaces in which office is are very poor in quality.

Likes

It is a Family, Whole Team is there to boost up someone in need or any help. The Work Culture allows every Team Member a sense of ownership of the task and the company's growth, which is a pure requirement of working in a Startup. I feel SabPaisa is the best example of a Flat hierarchy where no one from MD/Founder/CXO is out of reach and one can directly reach out for any professional requirement and mentorship.

...ings got complex just because a small process was not followed or implemented. - They should work more on the Compensation Side and the HR Team should work more to reach the industry standards. Majorly, Team Members stay with the company for a longer period because of the soothing work culture but if Compensation is worked on in a proper way like things work in a Start-up, they can flourish more and can get better resources.

Management was great & so are other employees.the company.the company prioritizes health, which is amazing.I feel like i learned so much in my field as folow.

I love the Work Culture of the company as most of the employees are of the new age group from 21-35 years that brings an enthusiasm to work in the workplace. Moreover, the management plans regular monthly activities to keep employees motivated at work and thus cooperate in the achievement of the corporate goal as a whole.

Dislikes

The working hours are never-ending and I have to work on Sundays as well as I have to attend client calls and solve the query within the 24 hours TAT, it is sometimes pain as my personal life is affected due to the same.
