One thing i don't like it was on pandemic situation without any intimation with in a day there removed me from the job at the end of the month lot of people was fired too the reason there given at the moment company is financial low.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

When we joined in this company they pay half salary for the 1st month the remaining amount will paid after 6months of period.this is the rule they follows and this type of rule I didn't see in any organization incase we resigned to that job before 6months they didn't give our money back.am facing the issue very bad experience I faced in this company

Honestly there is nothing to like about and I I had to face a remark on my profile cause of working here and they were influenced by one of my relative and they started to monitor and harass me.

Rude and incompetent staff and there is lot of toxicity and internal conflicts, no co-ordination among anyone and even the manager threats and talks shit and all, no proper management.
