You will get salary on time but not a full salary there is always some mistake from HR end while processing your salary so you have to call or meet HR to process remaining salary. There is no work culture and salary which they provide is always below when we compare to its peers.

no job security, no full time trainer is there so,u get ur training in great hurry by TLs after that they put u on calling process and also at the same time expect lead generation, management is bias for old tele callers

There is some one responsible for all the upkeep there is a team handling the clinic functioning and a good hr team that is there to help you Good amount of patient exposure and could really enhance your clinical skills

There is no job security You are as good as your last performance It is a target centric work environment There are a lot of unnecessary people who take reportings in between and cause a lot of politics and drama and the information that reaches about you to the admin is tainted by their judgment So if you think you can’t handle all that don’t apply

Everything, start from basic to leadership. Sabka dentist gave me better experience in dentistry. Gain a lot of knowledge from both clinical point and from management point

Nothing from there point of view, because they discuss everything before joining, so I think if you choose them, You have to give your best to make them proud. There is nothing to dislike about sabkadentist.
