Dislikes

1 In dislike, only part is rate per drive or salary of proctor per drive . Atleast make it 400 per drive as you already know about expenses everybody face nowadays times. 2 I am not getting drives continously after June drive even I cleared the starting test as well and got the company offer letter too. Hardly I get drive in August(1 drive) and few drives very less in September. Please provide the drives regularly to those who got offer letter .

Dislikes

They offer more salary to new employees but won’t increase salary of existing employees Work life balance is a dream in this company They want you to be available at anytime and you should be ready to take calls even from your home whether you are in shift or not. Also, it doesn’t matter on which designation you are and even if you are an Non-Voice agent If you utilise your benefits such as PL half day. They will make you realise that they are doing favor to you Much more…..

The culture is very good..People are very understanding. The behaviour of people which are at the top position is very friendly and makes you comfortable.

There is no such engagement or friendly activities arrangement as usually done in the companies. No activities are organised neither from the admin department or HR department. So after sometime it gets monotonous.

No one to supervise you and you can be lethargic and still have a job.

Dislikes

80% of the work is done by 5% of the resources. If you work, you'll get more work. If you don't, no extra responsibility is given to you. 0 work life balance. Unethical behaviour from management.
