Ground level employees are good, helpful and cooperative.

Worst management. Toxic environment. We didn't get salary on time. Last 3 months salaries are pending. They cut TDS but didn't deposit. We didn't get our variable money. Worst HR. You have to fight for everything. Without salary they will force you to work on Saturday and Sunday.

1. No work life balance. 2. Will not pay you for over four months (have happened with me) 3. The HR won't have any concrete answers, only motivational useless talks. 4. While they hire you, they will say a lot, but nothing concrete will come out.

Nothing to like... Except if you are unemployed and want to learn and work only, then it's good for you.

- No Salary. - Unorganised management. - Unresponsive HRs. - Terrible Work Culture. - No weekends. - Flexible Working Hours (from 8 am to 8 pm. Sometimes it's 12 am) - Do hell with your work life balance.

...onment. The founders are completely inept, with family members running the show. There is no clear plan or future goals set for the company, and despite promises, appraisals and salary hikes are non-existent. The salary structure is extremely unfair, and there is nothing positive to say about the company or its ineffective managers. In summary, Saarthi AI is an absolutely dreadful place to work. I strongly advise against considering employment there if you value a supportive and fair work environment.
