It’s a very good company to work, many ppl have very talented persons.

Dislikes

I don’t like here , there is no different b/w senior and junior…. Same package for both who has 8yeras and 4 years experience… this is injustice

The place is good in terms of gaining knowledge, but the hardware learning and knowledge enhancement sometimes hinders due to futile tasks that kicks in, which usually involves testing for certain significant amount of time. Sometimes you get time idle to learn and get to know more about the other projects. The people here majorly are down to earth and ready to help you and teach you politely at least in the Systems team as per what I have observed.

Dislikes

The compensation offered might not be that glorious as you may expect it to be. The off work and recreation activity atleast in the small group is highly restricted.

Likes

All are working hard to achieve a common goal. You can approach the Management as there is no specific organization Structure.

Dislikes

As a consultant I used to receive my sallary a bit late compared to on role employees.

Good for learning Management peoples are really good and down to earth. Saankhya helped employee, at the time of COVID

Dislikes

HR need to learn first how to talk with employees, she is narrow minded. Partiality is more in this company. If you are correct and prompt they will treat you like donkey. Initially i thought this company is good , after that I released. They commit you for giving sweet and they give you bitter, this should never be done. Toxic environment is there.
