Saakaar family is company where transparency is with employees, customer, vendors. It's feel great at working for saakaar family because if employees do hard work with honesty, sure very good growth they get. Employee should have capability to take initiative in working field. Over all I feels here very lucky, proud with happiness. My total working experience is about 20yrs and in these years I never seen any where like saakaar's work environment. ...any drawbacks because the work environment we employees as wish we get the same. Salary package is also very handsome, scholarships for childrens, company's full support on unwanted situations so I don't see any drawbacks.

Good work environment and culture. company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

Managers are ineffective, they have lower degree than their subordinates, they cannot believe that their subordinates are better than them, work culture is also in the worst condition, managers sometime show aggressive behaviour towards their subordinates.

Is compay ki tareef me kya kahu... Bas itna hi ke is agar torcher room chahiye to welcome to the Saakaar.

Is company me Sr. Accountant ek mazaak ki post hai jise sirf gali khane ke liye rakha jata hai.... Or ye post Har 6 se 7 mahino me badalta rahta hai.... So join karne ke baad job security ki ummid mat rakhna.... Or kisi ko sikhane ke chakkar me dub mat jana....

Nothing is here to like as this company has not any vision and mission to grow, if you were a person who filling cartridge in printers then you will be admin manager where an MBA holder will be his subordinates, so truely it is a place of leg pullers.

Dislikes

Mission and vision is lacking, Higher digree holders should be at higher positions. Higher management should have proper knowledge of working of all departments, especially CRM.
