There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

It's good opportunity to get for me,to learn as a trainee engineer and getting support from management to move any kaizen during work & improvement

We are just dislike,about salary hike for Engineering graduates as per private limited company we are eccepting 30% hike yearly,but here we have fixed increment every year

To improve our skill and knowledge of the work. To support the senior incharges and production mangaer. They are help to studying the machine working and how to manage it. Properly clear our mistakes.

The company rules will changes in weekly but its only following 2 or 3 days after it will be in a normal. The sudden action is difficult for the workers and it wil be effect mentally and physically. Not give proper weekly-off for the workers. If one employee leave, the other two employees have to take overtime. They are forcing to take over time in any condition. They are not check our mentally and physically strength.

Fresher need proper training and supporting environment, organisation must work on the supportive environment for the new beginners to a flexible bond between the company and individual.....
