Teammates are really good work free environment with good salary. The learning is very good we can learn any time any thing we like to learn. I have done a project our manger had helped lot to achieve my project. Once we get selected as permanent in ashok Leyland our life will be settled.

Ashok Leyland more teenage workers in contract act only... No company roll.... Then contract gives very low salary to contract workers......95%of work done by contract workers doing there...then etc....

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every yrar

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond 4 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

An excellent place for learning. It's very best for the freshers who are stepping out from college and entering into an auto industry

Compensation and reward are nothing. You can't even get appreciation. NO job security and company culture is very poor

I liked It's so good to grow and learn new things and career improvement, innovative ideas creates I liked that great opportunities also work life balance is much better than others .

I disliked something that are job security and salary and politics.it affects and effected in day to day operations.
