This word is not suitable for such a company, rather I will say a terror factory, director is highly frustrated person, confused, never trust any one, consider professional as salve, nothing good about company, pl open a betel shop but never plan to work for this company, highly frustrating work culture, no words for the director.

Dislikes

All rules vary person to person, no standard policy, salary always delay, lots of deduction techniques developed by the director and never think after giving 16 plus hours any employee can take full salary. director needs behavioral training, I recommend Vipsana for his disturbed soul, he may in great pain from inside, god bless him with wisdom.

...orate culture, no systems and policies, they are tweaked as per the convenience. No job security, Salary is never on time. In short unprofessional work environment.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

There is lot of politics and the management does not address our issues. Salary is not decent and career growth is high. There is bond of 2 years which you can't resign. On the job training is not given to the new joiners.
