...rking for more than 8 years. but since last 5 years dont have balance work life. salary very less. Management can only manipulate and get the work done from the employees , preference/appraisal is given to the people who always believes " Boss is always right" and thoes people always promoted.

I would say the my team members were really supportive and helpful in normal or abnormal (not normal) circumstances. Unfortunately, supportive team members does not in actual reflect the something about the SA-FORD company as a whole.

Dislikes

Less compensation, slow growth, low appraisal. Really appreciate my manager and team members as a whole for being supportive in every aspect of work. I cannot say no but yes, low job security on weekends wherein you have to work on Sundays managing your own mode of commute, which is very exhausting. Moreover, no canteen services provided, considering the location of company, they could have made some arrangements. I agree political factor cannot be avoid sometimes, but at least can strive to make it as low as possible, which is not the case here. I would suggest please be open and unbiased at situations. Tiering work-life balance.
