Worst company...Bsc group leader leading group. Bonus and monthly conveyance not given on time. Heads was not having technical knowledge. Associate Director was behaves like Hitler. He don't know how to run Company. Associate Director was responsible for company loss.

Your job is secured in this company even if you make small or big mistake.. No action taken against the one has break the GLP, GDP or GMP ,Even the HOD'S and Higher management is hidding them and making their job secure.. So in short .. job security In szhaveri is best than tha Bank Vault

1) Salary as well as convenience not paid in time (always late by giving attendance calculation reasons) 2)company is giving food and breakfast but they took money for your package ... (Not everyone is taking food from the canteen still charges will be applicable and included in your package eg. Our of 200 employes 100 are taking the canteen food so charges applicable for 100 people food but company is taking money from all people so it's employees loss ) 3) worst HR policies I have seen ever HR means Humen resource but in this company HR is not for employees HR is only for employers profit.. 4) policies geting updated but not conveyed to employer causes employers loss 5) appraisal problems ( 2.5 years only 8% appraisal given ... Even changed the policy about appraisal for cost saving to company. In brief... Appraisal is planned in March but it's delayed due to some problems and they told that appraisal will be given in October but in the same time they changed the appraisal period in the policy to oct to oct from March to March to save the 6 months salary difference that's a big loss to employees 6) bonus for the year is given late after 5-6 months (they are eating the % intrest on your bonus amount eg.. 200 employes.. on an avg 50000 bonus for an year so 200x50000= 10000000 rs now 6% intrest for 6 months on this is 300000rs) 7) full and final payments... No one gets full and final paymet before 3-5 months after releaving (as per government rules all dues should be paid within 45-60 days) You mail them or call them .. the upper management will just ignore you.

...ammates are supportive and the management is also good. There is good cafeteria. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give bonus every year

There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resine. On the job training is not given to new joinee.

...anagement is transparent. There is huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chiling. Company policies are good , appraisals are fair and they give salary hike and bonus every year.

...iquid and semisolid dosage forms and pellets and other NDDS in a single company. Job is secure with linear career growth by getting good salary hike and appraisal annually. Work life balance is good as there are 2 offs (on alternate friday) excluding sunday off.
