Sales Manager doesn't have any geographical knowledge & general trade knowledge , also the management will believe that guy only as they also have less idea about market ( operation & hr manager are new persons , freshers ). No job gaurentee. Management & Sales manager will not hear any new ideas. Pls don't waste career time period joining in this company.

I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me.
