i like about my company is only one thing that i get daily new opportunity to learn on my own basis, that's the only quality of the comapny

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Compensation is poor and career growth is very slow. the work pressure is very high. Managers don't value an individual's unique strengths, which is why i have to take back my suggestions and after that managers pitch that same idea of mine by their name. No appreciation for my work and mostly go unnoticed all the time. there is proper appraisal policy.

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime.
