There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.

Nothing like, they can terminate you in a hours

Dislikes

Feel like working in a grocery shop, no job security,no policy. Micro management, manager will behave like owner of company . I am working but in 8 month still not get leave, work environments is very poor. Don't join if you are family person.
