Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.

More work than giving salary, owners are not on one word. They forgot the promise they given and after they act like they don't give the promise At end of my working time i see compleat change in owners and they try to cut my salary amount They take 30+days to pay my salary They talk many things in absent of us and act like a nice person in front of us The works they have to do also make as burden for us like payments to agencies and some other issues Finally its a worst platform for development
