...r finished the work then also u can wait late or upto when boss would be gone. No any system way work flow, no self learning, salary always come one month late and in 2 parts and salary date also nit fixed when came. No work freely any time.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good and and appraisals are fair.

Work planning and inter department activities can be strengthened

The management is so good that always run to update latest techniques and process flow. Increase the infra facility at all time. Very care about their workers.

Dislikes

Ofcourse, work pressure will be their 24 x 7, which needs to be changed to maintain a pleasant work culture.
