Third class management.... No job security.... Non technical employee working there(Odisa gang) to much durty politics..... management terminate employee in one day...last year 6 employee terminated by MD.

Dislikes

Not a singal point to like this company, Salary doesn't paid on time (Ex. Jan month salary paid you march 1st week) Durty politics (not technical person) Doesn't care about employees. If management deside then terminate employee in one day. Doesn't care about employees future. Other wise give 10 or 15 days notice period for employee...
