...ff. what type of facility getting by staff . only top person take all facility . no any compensation for balance leave. HR at Head office is zero. no any HR policy who will support you . site management says yes then HR says yes and if site management says no then HR says no. no will care.

chugalkhori, pith piche burai krna, or ye logon ki majboori ka fayda uthana, chaplusi, technical person ki value zero and cooks or driver ki value engineer se jyada samjhna , staff ki problem ko nhi samjhna etc

1. Salary remains delayed for 5-6 months at most of the site. You will never get your salary back and at last you have to quit this company because of salary issue. 2. No bonus or increment you have to work for three four years without any salary hike and change in job profile. 3. Increment is not done based on the work you do but on the basis of how much you sugar-coat the management. 4. No work life balance no leave you have to work 12-15 hrs even on Sunday. 5. Substandard company keeps substandard staff engineer and labourers. Look for cost cutting always uses substandard material.No safety for worker at site. No medical/insurance cover. Advice:- So never join this company better start a food stall otherwise you and your family will die for sure without salary.

Growing up construction company, taking big project and having hand full of projects to deliver. Construction work goes in fast pace. Free food provided.

Salary less and delay may 2-3 months average. No skill development. No extra and annual benefit provided by the company.
