... good. There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is not good I am a site engineer with salary 8500 but salary doesn't matter knowledge matters but how somebody gain knowledge if there is no senior engineer with you ,only supervisor will survive there and career growth is slow.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts letest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of team that markets reliable, high quality products. I also like the employee re-hire policy.

Compensation is decent, but is slow. The work pressure is very high. I have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day.

1. Salary remains delayed for 5-6 months at most of the site. You will never get your salary back and at last you have to quit this company because of salary issue. 2. No bonus or increment you have to work for three four years without any salary hike and change in job profile. 3. Increment is not done based on the work you do but on the basis of how much you sugar-coat the management. 4. No work life balance no leave you have to work 12-15 hrs even on Sunday. 5. Substandard company keeps substandard staff engineer and labourers. Look for cost cutting always uses substandard material.No safety for worker at site. No medical/insurance cover. Advice:- So never join this company better start a food stall otherwise you and your family will die for sure without salary.
