Low work pressure Work life balance was manageable Travel is convenient as it's nearby Dadar Railway Station in East Managers are easily accessible Exposure to different technologies

Low Salary Appraisals are not upto standards Bond of 3 years which if broken some amount around 3 lakhs is to be paid

Salary is on time this is the only good thing. There are countless bad things in this SK international.

1. SK International is only name, it has nothing to do with INTERNATIONAL 2. Managers and team leaders play corporate politics 3. Most toxic manager is "Mohini Bharti", Not even give proper travel expenses 4. Never listen to employee, Have to perform other vendor's task because my manager says it 5. You have to serve 3 years INVALID bond. Company will not spend a penny on you. 6. Sometimes I have been told to extend shift for no extra allowance.

Management is worst. They are not really care about employees career. Not providing any valid documents like hike letter, experience letter. Never listens to their employees, they are just taking the decision and expecting you should have to say yes for whatever manager says. Started company in house. Company is not pvt ltd also Not getting good clients and project too. Already have lost so many employees and clients also. Please dont join this company if your are looking for better career and life.
