Salary is on time this is the only good thing. There are countless bad things in this SK international.

Dislikes

1. SK International is only name, it has nothing to do with INTERNATIONAL 2. Managers and team leaders play corporate politics 3. Most toxic manager is "Mohini Bharti", Not even give proper travel expenses 4. Never listen to employee, Have to perform other vendor's task because my manager says it 5. You have to serve 3 years INVALID bond. Company will not spend a penny on you. 6. Sometimes I have been told to extend shift for no extra allowance.

You learn a lot technically. Got to learn a lot from my technical seniors.

...ally business oriented, employees well being is considered less. Bad management. Very less pay as per market standards.

...es I have had at SK International, there are a few areas that could be improved. For instance, the salary growth has been limited, which has impacted my long-term career plans. Additionally, I feel that the work culture could be more collaborative and supportive, as internal processes sometimes create challenges in achieving efficiency. Lastly, internal politics at times affect transparency and smooth workflow, which can be challenging to navigate.

Management is worst. They are not really care about employees career. Not providing any valid documents like hike letter, experience letter. Never listens to their employees, they are just taking the decision and expecting you should have to say yes for whatever manager says. Started company in house. Company is not pvt ltd also Not getting good clients and project too. Already have lost so many employees and clients also. Please dont join this company if your are looking for better career and life.
