This will give more work satisfaction. 2) Interaction with Total 400 inmates both male and female with psychiatric illness will give more knowledge of psychiatry 3) Usually no one will lose job for any kind of issues. 4)For programmes there will be famous people from politics, fim...will come for inauguration. So will get opportunity to interact with them.

Dislikes

As a psychiatric social worker will not get time for counseling patients, because there will be lots of other work. Social workers have to do all kind of work there. I faced freequent conflicts with coworkers and no action will take for any issues.But got opportunities to raise my voice. This made me extra strong and bold. Some days in Every month i worked overtime (means after 8.30 pm) and some days till night 12 o clock. The nature of work is like that.
