Only best is found in this company is your mates.otherwise there is nothing in this company. Just good looking office you get.

No promotion No fix increment in every year. Damn politics in senior. No supportive seniors. If you did some good work no one give you compliment they just give you more work. If you go without completing your work next day senior doesn't give you entry in office. There is only one company i found where no body respect desgin department even The MD doesn't give a F*** to desgin department just because of senior who just knew "chatna" nothing else.
