...ing and evening. Managers are just doing time pass. Except few, all are useless. No infrastructure, no facilities, Very low salary in comparison to industry. Do not waste ur life here.

The senior management is very helpful and understanding, and whatever conversation I had with top management, I would feel that they genuinely tried to listen.

Dislikes

I guess the managers are working under a lot of pressure, some of them, not all perhaps, but the ones I worked under was very grumpy and I felt a lot of unnecessary pressure while working. If I lack in skill, they could advise me where I can improve and upskill, but instead the frowning faces just didn't make sense. However I am glad Top management is very considerate.

New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
