The growth is very good if allocated to a listed client. The compensation is among the best in the industry.

Dislikes

Majority of the managers and seniors are not equipped to deal with juniors and use foul language constantly and are not supportive at all. There is no work life balance. They expect you to clock in 12 hours a day even during off season. There are job training sessions but managers don't allow you to attend them because they are always understaffed and need you to complete assigned tasks, hence the learning suffers.

And Some managers are money-minded in the way that they deploy less employees in team in order to get more bonus for him i.e. Cost saving for company but it leads to mental pressure on employees.
