Job security very poor and sm Logistics not paid my bonus and sunday working amount and last 4-5 years not increased salary no OT paid

The Company culture is good but job security average, learning process also good, Behavior is fine. Team work

Dislikes

There is a lot of working hours and our department doesn't consider increment and employee security at late working hours.

I had doing hard work with organization to became my career in logistics. As I was fresher, when I had join the organization. But SM is not good for experienced and hard working candidates.
