The company is a owner based company and although the owner is well behaved and pretty knowledgeable person the company lacks internal communication system and paper work. It runs on old infrastructure and always demanding to achieve goals beyond capacity and thus always having some emergency to carry which spoils the idea of overall planning. Someone who seek to gather knowledge on various engineering practices may get good references to learn.
